SnipRoll Auto-Renewal Agreement
Important: This Agreement applies only to auto-renewing subscriptions such as SnipRoll Weekly and Annual Memberships. It does not apply to the one-time Lifetime Membership. Before subscribing, carefully review the product name, price, billing period, promotion, renewal timing, and cancellation rules displayed by the system marketplace.
1. Auto-Renewal Service
If you have activated a SnipRoll Weekly or Annual Membership, auto-renewal authorizes the App Store, Google Play, Huawei in-app purchases, or another system marketplace supported by the current version to charge your linked payment method under that platform's rules before or when the subscription period expires, and to extend the membership for the next billing period. Renewal depends on the subscription remaining active, your payment account being in good standing, sufficient funds or credit, and successful collection by the system marketplace.
Products, prices, currencies, taxes, billing periods, promotional eligibility, renewal dates, and regional availability are determined by the real-time information shown on the App's purchase page and the system marketplace confirmation sheet. Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
2. Activation and Payment Authorization
When you confirm an auto-renewing subscription on the system purchase sheet, you authorize the system marketplace to make recurring charges under its payment rules. Identity verification, payment confirmation, charge timing, retry attempts, billing notices, and payment security are handled by the corresponding marketplace. SnipRoll does not obtain your bank card number, payment password, or payment account password.
- Your subscription will continue to renew unless you cancel it under the platform's rules before the renewal deadline.
- If a charge fails because of insufficient funds, an invalid payment method, account restrictions, or network issues, the system marketplace may retry the charge or enter a grace period or billing-retry period under its rules.
- Uninstalling the App, ceasing to use it, deleting local data, or changing devices does not cancel a subscription.
- We do not charge any additional auto-renewal fee beyond what is shown on the system marketplace confirmation sheet.
3. Price or Service Changes
Subscription prices, benefits, or billing rules may change because of product operations, costs, taxes, exchange rates, laws and regulations, or platform policies. If applicable law or platform rules require your consent to a price change, the system marketplace will display or notify you of the change, and it will take effect after your confirmation. Changes that do not require renewed confirmation are governed by the applicable marketplace rules and notices. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel auto-renewal before the new price takes effect.
4. Cancelling Auto-Renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal deadline shown by the system marketplace; we recommend doing so at least 24 hours in advance. After cancellation, paid membership benefits generally remain available until the current period ends. The actual status is determined by the system marketplace.
- Apple App Store: On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > select SnipRoll > Cancel Subscription, then follow the prompts. If there is no Cancel Subscription button or a red expiration message appears, the subscription is usually already cancelled. See Apple's official instructions.
- Google Play: Using the Google account that purchased the subscription, open Subscriptions in Google Play, select SnipRoll > Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts. Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription. See Google Play's official instructions.
- Huawei in-app purchases: On a Huawei phone or tablet, open Settings > your HUAWEI ID profile picture > Payments & purchases > Subscriptions, select SnipRoll, and follow the prompts to cancel. Paths may vary by system version; follow what your device displays. See Huawei's official instructions.
5. Suspension, Termination, and Changes to This Agreement
This Agreement takes effect when you confirm activation or continue using the auto-renewal service, and ends when you cancel the subscription, the subscription terminates, or the service lawfully stops. We may suspend, change, or terminate the service because of business adjustments, technical upgrades, platform policies, laws and regulations, or force majeure, and will provide notice through the App, website, system marketplace, or another reasonable method as required by applicable law and platform rules.
6. Refunds, Exceptions, and Status Delays
Refunds, reversals, billing disputes, and payment exceptions for completed charges are handled by the corresponding system marketplace under its rules and applicable law. Auto-renewal status may take time to synchronize among the App, the system marketplace, and the service. If you have cancelled but still see an active renewal status, or if a successful charge has not activated benefits, first check the marketplace's subscription and order records, then contact us through Help & Feedback in the App or at the email address below for assistance.
7. Other Agreements and Contact
This Agreement forms part of the SnipRoll Membership Payment Agreement. Matters not covered here are also governed by the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the system marketplace's rules. If this Agreement conflicts with mandatory law or mandatory marketplace rules, the applicable mandatory provisions control.
