SnipRoll Terms of Use

1. General Terms

SnipRoll is owned and operated, and its related intellectual property is lawfully held, by Beijing Qijian Technology Co., Ltd. or the applicable rights holders. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Membership Payment Agreement, and the rules lawfully displayed in the App together form the complete agreement governing your use of the App. The current version does not require account registration or sign-in. You are responsible for protecting the relevant platform account used for App Store purchases, restoring membership, and managing subscriptions in accordance with that platform's rules.

2. Services

The App provides tools such as long screenshot stitching, cropping, annotation, mosaic, text, watermarking, enhancement, full-page web capture, long-image creation from screen recordings or videos, saving to Photos, system sharing, and displaying and purchasing membership benefits. Available features, entry points, supported platforms, and limitations are determined by the current version of the App. Some features may be affected by device performance, operating system version, permissions, media formats, web page structure, target-platform restrictions, app marketplace rules, or network conditions.

3. Permissions and Personal Information

To provide media selection, saving to Photos, full-page web capture, screen-recording or video frame capture, sharing, purchases, and feedback, the App may need access to Photos, network connectivity, the system WebView, system sharing, ReplayKit or screen-recording capabilities, in-app purchases, or other platform capabilities. You can manage permissions in system settings. Refusing or withdrawing a permission may make the related feature unavailable. We process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. User Content and Acceptable Use

• You are solely responsible for any images, videos, web content, text, annotations, watermarks, or other materials that you import, record, edit, save, share, or distribute.
• You must ensure that your content has a lawful source, that you have obtained all necessary permissions, and that it does not infringe another person's copyright, portrait rights, reputation, privacy, trade secrets, or other lawful rights.
• You may not use the App to create, store, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, maliciously promotional, privacy-invasive, intellectual-property-infringing, or contrary to platform rules.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass payment restrictions, interfere with purchase validation, tamper with the runtime environment, or distribute unauthorized modification tools for the App.

5. Membership and Paid Services

The App may offer Lifetime, Annual, Weekly, or other paid membership services. Membership benefits, prices, product types, subscription periods, auto-renewal, cancellation, restoring purchases, and refunds are governed by the purchase page, the system payment sheet, the app marketplace configuration, the Membership Payment Agreement, and the Auto-Renewal Agreement. Minors should make purchases only with the consent and guidance of a guardian.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The software code, interface designs, icons, graphics, copy, interactions, branding, feature flows, and related content of the App are owned by Beijing Qijian Technology Co., Ltd. or the applicable rights holders. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, adapt, rent, sell, distribute, scrape, mirror, dismantle, or use them for other commercial purposes. You retain the rights that applicable law grants you in lawful content that you import, edit, or create.

7. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

We may adjust features, pages, prices, membership benefits, service methods, or these Terms based on product planning, operational strategy, system limitations, laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, platform rules, or security needs. Services may be interrupted, delayed, erroneous, or unavailable because of maintenance, device failure, network issues, changes to third-party services, app marketplace rules, force majeure, or security risks.

8. Disclaimers

The App is an image-processing and editing tool. We do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, accuracy, completeness, suitability, or consequences of distributing content that you import or create. Full-page web capture is affected by the target website's structure, sign-in state, network environment, WebView capabilities, and changes to third-party content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by your own actions, disabled permissions, abnormal source material, third-party services, system limitations, network failures, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to us.

9. Use by Minors

Minors should use the App only with the consent and guidance of a guardian. Guardians should supervise a minor's importing, editing, saving, and sharing of images and any paid purchases, and help the minor understand privacy, copyright, and online safety risks.

10. Updates and Dispute Resolution

We may update these Terms in response to changes in features, laws and regulations, or platform rules. Updated Terms apply from the effective date stated when they are published or presented. The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a people's court with jurisdiction in accordance with law.
